Our Staff

We are owned and operated by caring professionals who have had many years of experience in home care. We are unique with regard that we are owned by a Registered Nurse, are family owned and operated and have a nurse on staff which allows for more medical insight in patient care. Our caregivers come to us with a wealth of experience, many from skilled nursing facility backgrounds, other medical professions and, are looking for a more flexible work schedule. Many caregivers have certification training such as CNA's (Certified nurses' aides) NA's (nurse aides) amd Personal Care Attendants who also have experience in one to one care. We have no upfront fees or deposits required. Our office staff is comprised of two nurses, and staffing coordinators that professionally evaluate each client's case needs, and care concerns.

Goals of Southwest Health Care Services, Inc.

The goals of this company have always been to provide caring, responsible personnel to assist clients in their own home or in an assisted living or health care facilities. Our staff coordinator and office personnel do their best to meet the special needs of the client. The client's emotional and physical well-being is our primary concern at all times. We will coordinate care for the client with their physicians or others involved in the client's care. If other services such as occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy and medical equipment are needed, we will do the set up needed to follow up with these and other health professionals. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about our services. If we can help you with any other questions about services available in the community, please do not hesitate to contact us.
