“It was always a great comfort to know that you had a nurse,
as part of your team. She sorted out all the medications and was available
to assess a health situation whenever necessary. We knew that we could
count on Southwest to deal with all our Mum’s problems with
professionalism and compassion. Thank you for all your help over the
years and especially for always giving that little bit extra. Without
the Southwest we could never have given our mother such a wonderful
four years and so much comfort and happiness with which to end her
101 years”.

“Southwest
was there for us during Mom’s many emergencies. When we needed
to bring in caregivers full-time after Mom’s last fall and
fractured arm, you were there to meet all Mom’s needs. Thank
you for all you did for us. We would gladly recommend Southwest
Health Care for other families wanting quality care for their loved
ones”.

“It is
reassuring that my mother is receiving excellent care through all
of the services that you have arranged. Her caretakers are wonderful
women who are not only competent, but obviously caring and compassionate
individuals. My father is also benefiting from having people around
who can keep an eye on him as well. Knowing that your staff are
providing a wonderful level of care and are my “eyes and ears”
helps me to rest easier. Thank you again and please pass along my
deep appreciation to all of the individuals who provide care for
mom and dad”.

I am writing to thank
you for the services you provided our family during a time when
we needed more than just a custodial care providers. Our father
was hospitalized in October of 2008 at age 83. He spent some three
months in bed in a nursing facility in Hawaii, which, at his age,
had a horrific effect on his physical body and all muscle mass.
Your suggestions on the type of care he needed, rehabilitation,
physical therapy, were most helpful in his recovery. Your staff
was very tolerant of my father’s mood swings, as were your
office staff. Our family is spread throughout the United States,
and our father lives in Hawaii. Our decision to bring him to California
to be with his family to recover with your help was a prudent one.
He is a contributor to his community once again with a wonderful
recovery with your services.
Thank you very much
from the bottom of my heart.
